  1. Enter [ReferralBase].

  2. If you haven't already done so, enter the prospect's name, e-mail address and referral source (see ReferE-Lert).

  3. Choose borrower type (1st-Time Buyer, Repeat Buyer, Refinance, 1xClose Cnstr-perm). Select E-Lert  frequency (Daily, Every Other  Day, Weekly, Bi-Beekly or Monthly).

  4. Select EquityE-Lert  from E-Lert options.
