Once a prospect has applied for a loan and becomes your customer, within your ReferralBase you change that prospect into a customer. ReferralBase then sends that in-process customer a series of 9 or more timely and automated LoanE-Lert e-mails, which appear to come from you. You activate LoanE-Lert as soon as you turn a prospect into a customer:

  1. Go to [ReferralBase].
  2. Look-up a previously-entered prospect or enter a new customer's name, e-mail address and referral source.
  3. Select e-mail frequency (Daily, Every Other Day, Weekly, Bi-weekly or Monthly).
  4. Push [Save Information]. You're done. LoanE-Lert turns your customers into referral partners. E-Lerts continue until the full series has been delivered.
