Money & Marketing is a web-based newsletter designed to help you stay in touch with your referral partners: Realtors^®, builders, financial planners, CPAs, attorneys, stock brokers, insurance agents, etc. It reports the results of key economic indicators and their projected influence on money markets. Also, it provides marketing tips to help your professional associates be more successful marketers and referral sources for you.

ReferralBase every three weeks sends "from you" a Money & Marketing E-Lert to all of your referral partners. Each E-Lert includes a hyperlink to the Money & Marketing Web page containing the latest and archived issues. When your referral partners click on the hyperlink, they are greeted by a Money & Marketing web page that appears to be your creation and includes a banner with your contact information. With nearly no effort on your part:

• You establish or reinforce an image as the "expert" in how economic developments are influencing the cost of money,
• You provide timely, valuable tips to help your referral partners build their businesses, especially their referral businesses, and
• You put your name 17 times a year in front of the people influencing borrowers' lender picks—so you're the one they call.

You activate Money & Marketing whenever you add a referral partner:

1. Click on [ReferralBase] and select [Add Referral Partner].
2. Enter your referral partner's name, e-mail address and referral source (see ReferE-Lert).
3. Select referral partner category (Realtor, builder, etc.)
4. Push [Save Information]. You're done. The Money & Marketing newsletter keeps you at the "top of the minds" of your professional referral sources.
